During the consultation Heather listened to my vision and offered valuable suggestions and options that could be aligned to what I wanted. She made sure she had a feel for the color palette of my home and would never steer you wrong in color options. Heather sent me numerous samples, showed me photos, brought me paints, as well as already finished cabinet doors. Her estimate was very reasonable and fair. Heather and her team were punctual, always arriving on time, professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. The end result was beautiful painted cabinets - her team made sure the cabinets were perfect and that nothing was overlooked. I could not be happier with the way my cabinets turned out!!! OUR WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We partner with our clients to ensure they are happy for the long run. That being said, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues with materials, water damage, and excessive wear and tear. We will fix any knicks, chips, scratches, or accidental issues free of charge within 12 months. If there is a material issue involving workmanship and/or paint defects we will fix at no charge for up to 2 years. We leave our clients with the paint and a recap sheet for their project should they ever need to purchase more paint in the future. Painted finishes have unique characteristics that differ from standard wood finishes. All wood species may expand or contract due to changes in weather, temperature, or climate. Due to this, painted wood cabinetry may develop hairline cracks, or face peeling or seam lines. On select hardwoods and veneers, joints, seams, and some natural characteristics of the wood (including grain patterns, knots, and mineral streaks) may remain visible through painted finishes. As painted cabinet products age, the finish may mellow or discolor slightly. Changes to the original finish color is affected by the products’ exposure to natural and artificial light. These normal variations are not considered quality defects and are not covered by this warranty.


When you book a project, we request a 20% deposit along with a DocuSign Contract. This deposit secures a specific booking date for your project. We offer a 50% refund for your deposit if you cancel one month (30 days) prior to your project date. If you cancel after this time, your deposit is no longer refundable. We reserve and schedule our team for your future date and turn down business with a fully booked calendar Which is a loss for for us. We appreciate your understanding!
